  • Session Length: 60 minutes
    Sliding Scale Fee: $125

    Direct billing is available for select insurance providers, including GreenShield, to help simplify the payment process. For plans that do not support direct billing, a receipt will be provided for reimbursement through your insurance provider.

  • Session frequency is flexible and will be tailored to your needs, goals, and schedule. Together, we will consider your level of support, clinical needs, and available insurance coverage to determine an appropriate pace for sessions. This may include weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed appointments depending on what works best for you.
